Nonprofit Vendor Application

The Monarch Festival at MountFest is a great place to boost your nonprofit. In 2021, over 7,500 guests of all ages walked through the gates. We hosted over 50 booths which included family-friendly activities, food, arts, crafts, and local nonprofit vendors.

If you are a nonprofit organization or student group that would like to have a booth at this year’s Monarch Festival at MountFest, please click the link below to fill out the application form. All proceeds go to support Mount Saint Francis – Center for Spirtuality and the Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana.

If accepted there is a $75 booth (10×10) fee.  Please note: We reserve the right to accept or deny nonprofit organizations per committee decisions. Our goal is to keep the focus on the artists and the mission of the event.
