Nonprofit Vendor Application

The Monarch Festival at MountFest is a great place to boost your nonprofit. In 2021, over 7,500 guests of all ages walked through the gates. We hosted over 50 booths which included family-friendly activities, food, arts, crafts, and local nonprofit vendors.

If you are a nonprofit organization or student group that would like to have a booth at this year’s Monarch Festival at MountFest, please click the link below to fill out the application form. All proceeds go to support the Franciscan Arts Initiative, Franciscan Earth Care Initiatives,  and the Arts Alliance of Southern Indiana.

If accepted there is a $75 booth (10×10) fee.  Please note: We reserve the right to accept or deny nonprofit organizations per committee decisions. Our goal is to keep the focus on the artists and the mission of the event.
